General

Woodlands Healing Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or services, you accept any revised terms.

Spa Bookings

All spa treatments and packages must be booked in advance.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other guests.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are a wonderful way to share the Woodlands experience.

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Vouchers are non-refundable.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.

Online Store Purchases

Woodlands Healing Spa offers skincare and wellness products through our online store.

By purchasing products from our website, customers agree to the following terms.

Vouchers for Specific Treatments or Products

Vouchers issued for a specific treatment or product are redeemable at the value applicable at the time the voucher was purchased. If the price of the specified treatment or product increases after the voucher has been issued, the voucher will no longer entitle the holder to the treatment or product at the increased price. Instead, the voucher may be redeemed for its original monetary value, which may be used towards the purchase of the specified treatment or product, with any difference payable by the voucher holder.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Woodlands Healing Spa reserves the right to discontinue products or change pricing without notice.

Returns & Refunds

Unopened products purchased online may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

Defective products may be returned in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, which allows returns of faulty goods within 6 months of purchase.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery within South Africa generally takes 2–5 business days depending on the location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Woodlands Healing Spa is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Professional Skincare Disclaimer

Woodlands Healing Spa offers professional skincare products selected for their quality and effectiveness. However, individual skin responses vary.

Customers may experience irritation or sensitivity depending on their skin type, allergies, or the use of active ingredients.

We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product, particularly for sensitive skin.

Woodlands Healing Spa cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions resulting from:

• misuse of products
• failure to follow product instructions
• undisclosed allergies or medical conditions
• combining products incorrectly with other skincare

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified professional.

Pregnancy & Medical Conditions

Certain skincare ingredients and spa treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or when taking certain medications.

Customers are advised to inform therapists of any medical conditions and consult a healthcare professional where necessary.

Limitation of Liability

Woodlands Healing Spa shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products, treatments, or services offered.

All treatments and products are used at the customer’s own discretion.

Privacy

Woodlands Healing Spa respects customer privacy and complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal information collected through our website is used solely for order processing and communication purposes.
