Woodlands Healing Spa hosts retreats, workshops, events and private wellness experiences. Due to the planning involved and limited availability of spaces, the following cancellation policy applies.

Booking & Deposits

To secure your place at a retreat, workshop or event, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Spaces are limited and reservations are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated, full payment for retreats or events must be made prior to the event date in accordance with the booking confirmation.

Woodlands Healing Spa reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

Cancellation by Guest

If a guest cancels their booking:

More than 14 days before the event
The booking may be transferred to another guest or credited towards a future Woodlands event.

7–14 days before the event
50% of the booking fee may be forfeited.

Less than 7 days before the event
The full booking amount may be forfeited.

This policy applies due to the preparation, catering, staffing and venue arrangements made in advance.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another guest provided we are notified in advance.

Cancellation by Woodlands Healing Spa

Woodlands Healing Spa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient bookings, or circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, guests will be offered:

• a full refund, or
• the option to transfer the booking to a future event

Woodlands Healing Spa will not be responsible for additional costs incurred by guests such as travel arrangements.

Late Arrival or Early Departure

Late arrivals or early departures will not qualify for refunds or credits.

Guest Responsibility

Guests attending retreats or wellness events should inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect participation.

Participation in wellness activities is undertaken at the guest’s own discretion.
