Start the END of this year off with a bang!
The heading of this newsletter may seem odd, but there is method in my madness. We often wait for the New Year, for Monday, for whatever to start changing our lives and fulfilling our desires. Why wait?
Being a hustler is hard
Do you dream of transforming your life? Do you look at those who are vibrating at a higher frequency and think to yourself “I also want that”
How often have you looked at someone and thought: ‘Why can’t I look like them/have their home/drive a car like that…?’ Is it a lack of drive or determination? I don’t think so, I think that it’s the procrastination of getting started.
Going through life living the motions, just doing what is needed and as the years go by it seems it easier to just do nothing than trying anything else at all.
Well I can tell you one thing, going after the things you want and chasing your desires is hard.
Living a life of abundance is hard.
Being a hustler is hard.
it can be done, everyone has it in them to live a life of purpose and passion. Anyone can get off their ass and transform their lives for the better.
All it takes is a few changes. Changing your attitude and changing your lifestyle. And here is a little secret – you don’t have to be fully prepared to start the process – I wasn’t – everyone starts at the same place at some point in their lives. The best way is just to get up and start doing it.
Raise your awareness
Firstly, you have to become aware. In most cases it is you that is holding yourself back. The first basic thing you can start doing is meditating. Meditation can do a lot of good, but the most important thing it does is raises your self-awareness. When you become aware of how you are living then you can focus better on changing it.
There is a misconception that meditation has some deep spiritual roots, when in fact all it takes is becoming aware of your breath and focusing on it. Your mind will wander, but every time you bring it back to your breath will it strengthen your mind.
Start out small, 30 seconds a day focusing on your breath.
Starting small is the is the secret to lasting change. You get many that jump in and go all out with the go big or go home mindset. They read a book on meditation, become all hyped up to change their life through meditation, tell everyone that they are going to start meditating and when you see them again, they’ve given up.
Same can be said for people who make big declarations about starting a healthy eating plan, or all those other new year resolutions like quitting smoking or drinking less. All I can say is don’t overwhelm yourself all at once, or you will most likely quit, and no one wants to be the person who gets all inspired to change and then falls back into old habits soon after.
Want to start meditating? Do 30 seconds a day, when you get more comfortable move it up to one minute and so on.
Want to lose weight? Start by cutting out sugar for 1 week
Want to quit smoking? Smoke 1 less a day
Want to start exercising? Go for a 20min walk 3 times a week.
The first step in changing your life is by becoming aware that you need to change it. I would like to challenge you to raise your awareness this December – take one minute a day to just breathe and to focus on your breath. One Minute A Day – set your alarm – and just do it!

Open: 27, 28, 29, 30 December 2019
Closed: 31 December 2019, as well as 1 and 2 January 2020
We’re open again from 3 of January 2020 and trade normally thereafter.
Why not take December to set achievable goals for yourself to bring meaningful change in your life one step at a time? Become aware that you already have everything inside of you to make your dreams come true.
